Get up and get moving, get Involved.
The UHart Recreation Department is designed to provide a safe, competitive, flexible, and structured environment for ALL students and staff/faculty. Leagues, tournaments, one-day and special events are offered throughout the academic year to serve a large & diverse student population. Leagues and tournaments are divided into Women's, Men's, and Coed Divisions. We aim to provide student development opportunities through participation as a participant and employee within the entire program.
New Track and Field

A New track and field is on the way, it will be a premier space for student-athletes, intramural teams, and the campus community as a whole. The track will be built to NCAA standards, features a 400-meter, eight-lane “full pour” track that will surround a new field tailored to field hockey. An adjacent throwing area for field events is also planned for the project.
